Hi Brad,
    There is one interesting issue about viewfinder coverage that is not
generally taken into account. In the early days, 35mm was either used for
slides or B&W. In both cases, the full frame was not usable unless you
printed then on unusual paper sized. Kodak did, and may still have, one size
specific for 35mm - 8 X 11.5.
    It has never been an issue with me even though I have that capability
with my LX and 6X7 (plus the larger format gear). IMHO, it is more of a
marketing ploy than a usable feature. Sure, if you were doing precision
imaging, a full frame finder would be indispensable. I am just as happy with
the reduced coverage of the earlier cameras. My only gripe is the "mirror
prisms". The finder magnification is lower and the image is dimmer. If
Pentax produced a MZ-6 type camera with a mirror prism, I would be first in
line (The MZ-S is more camera than I need).
