I don't think Sigma will want to do it.  I believe they see 
the Foveon camera as a breakthrough to persuade people to buy 
into their own mount and make it more credible.  I think they 
would like to be a proper OEM which just happens to make 
lenses for other mounts.  If they made a K mount DSLR, then 
who would buy the Sigma mount???
 
Now if Tamron or Tokina or someone new/different wanted to 
enter the DSLR marketplace, then K mount would be a sensible 
place to start as there is an untapped market waiting.  There 
are currently no signs of anyone wanting to do this though.  
The best bet for 3rd party bodies would seem to be Kodak or 
Fuji, but they seem pretty commited to their choices and 
probably have to keep Nikon sweet to keep their body supplies going.
