Hi All.This Saturday is my 3rd annual portrait day at a local farm,kids
want pictures taken with all their ribbons trophies etc from this past year.The last
2 years the weather has been either clear or just partialy clear,but good for
available light digital photos.
This year it call for cloud and rain all weekend.I might have to use some fill with the
D1.
I have a Vivitar 285HV but my main use for it is for indoor jumping set at full power
nad at 500 shutter.
Would i be best to set the flash at 1/4 or 1/16 power and meter for ambiant light,in
shutter,aperature or manual modes.I'll be about 25 feet or so away from the subjects.
I plan to do some experiment before,but any advice to steer me in the right
direction is helpfull.
