Dear group, About one year ago a disassemble my smc-A 50/1.7 because the diafragma ring moved a bit stiff. Now I want to assemble the lens again, but I donot remember how to put it together again....:-( I always thought I was quite handy, but now my self confedence got a crack... Please advice :-)
I have the following big parts: 1) lens assembly 2) metal part with bayonet, a ring is attached to it with 3 radial screws. 3) flat metal ring with funny shape, a small metal rod is attached to it. Does this ring have to point in the direction of the bayonet or towards the lens assembly. 4) the diafragma ring and the following small parts: 5) plastic knop to fit the diafragma ring 6) 5 screws to fix the bayonet to the lens assembly 7) small spiral spring 8) tiny ball 9) tiny cylinder with rounded end 10) tiny metal peace bended 11) tiny metal peace with hole in it. Plse can you advice if any peace is missing? Plse can any one indicate how to reassemble the lens? BTW should I forget to make the movement of the diafragma ring a bit more smooth, or is there a cure? Thanks in advance! Jos
