FWIW, I don't claim to be an expert in these matters, BUT, the FA 80-320 silver version is still available on the B&H website. The black version has been out of stock for some time. The black version also had a higher posted price. Maybe B&H has finally updated their website and maybe they do not intend to re-stock the black version.???
