LX's auto-flash disabling, why?

They could also put in a few hidden bugs, such as auto flash
disabling at the least opportune moment , like the LX.......

I tend to find myself in that situation once in a while with my LXs. Even after a CLA. Is it a problem only related to bad contacts inside the finder or is it due to the the body's electronics?

Is it a common problem (most bodies have it)? Does it happen frequently (when it does happen on a body)? Any pattern or random?
