No blame or barb intended, Doug. The mailings just seem to be getting really sparse. I used to get two, three, or more digests a day, and it has been trickling in at 1 very sparse one a day. I thought maybe there was a prblem you didn't know about. Also, the archive contained postings that I never received, which is what really got me wondering.
Buy the way, we changed our minds about getting you a new Mac Dual 1.25 gig with the 23" flatscreen; we've decided on Lava Lamps instead, so you should be getting about 350 lamps in the mail soon. Love you work, Mr. Brewer, and would never send barbs your way, unless they were Barbs with a capital B... Cameron * From: Doug Brewer * Subject: Re: The List... * Date: Thu, 31 Oct 2002 05:28:05 -0800 ------------------------------------------------------------------------ I have several Macs, thanks. But if you want, I'd like one of those dual G4 rigs with a flat screen and a graphics pad. Send it to my home. Of course, the list is run on a big Unix box, so maybe you can get me one of those. That would be cool. Let's think about this. If the archives are working, then the list has to be working, since the archive is just a subscriber to the list. Perhaps you should look on your end and see if your Outlook or your ISP is glitched. I know it's much easier to blame me and toss a little barb this way, but it's really not a good way to get me to see if I can give you a hand. Doug if the list ain't working, why send a post to the list saying it ain't working? At 11:57 PM 10/30/02 -0800, you wrote: She's a no go again. Archive OK, mailings no.... Time to get a Mac, Doug. Cameron PS: Let's all kick in and buy him a computer that works.
