Hi, newbie here, taking first photography class with Pentax K-1000. Times for the
Leonids can be found at NASA's web site.

I'll introduce myself more formally later. Was wondering -- since I've never tried
night photography -- what film should I use (and film ISO)? Preferrably negative film.
And what aperture setting and shutter speed? And how long should I keep the shutter
open? A couple of minutes?

Would appreciate some general guidelines of what might work.
I'd really like to try to get a shot even though this time it is not supposed to be as
impressive as it was last time.

TIA, eactivist aka Marnie Parker :-)
