first of all it takes approx 2000mm lens to yield a full frame moon or sun on film.
a 320mm zoom with a 2X will come up about 1/3 size of ideal. zoom + TC will result in very soft image and probably lots of flare. I would never attempt to use zoom +TC for anything... Get a prime 500mm or 1000m and try a TC on that if you want good results.
