I was in the lab today talking with the owner. This is the lab that
has the Agfa D-Labs. I asked him if there was some kind of
introductory way to allow PDML'ers to see what the D-Lab could do.

He has offered to give a free 11 X 14 inch print to any PDML'er so
they can see what it is like. He only asks that you pay for the
shipping (about $4.50). He can take 35mm, 120/220 film or digital
file (Max 110MB). The D-Lab prints at 400dpi so if you want to do a
digital file, keep that in mind. The D-Lab has a very expensive
scanner and also has the IR scratch/dust removal as well. If your
images are good on film and would only need standard scanning
corrections, you might be better off with letting the lab do the scan.

Anyway, this is a better deal than I thought he would do. Anyone in
the US, Canada or elsewhere (willing to pay shipping), you ought to
take advantage of it.

Obviously, his hope is that you might like the quality and pricing
well enough to use him in the future. I used to print much of my own
stuff and find I am happier with the lab results. They do all my
personal, portrait and wedding work. Along with all the team sports
photography (team/individual pictures) for Northern California
professional photographers.

Normal pricing for single reprints is as follows:
Wallets (2) - .49
3X5 - .49
4X6 - .59
5X7 - 2.50
8X10 - 6.49

4X5 proofs from 120/220 - 1.10

Please not these are USD prices for single reprints - full rolls
(uncut negs are less) - They also print up to 12X18 on the D-Lab (I'll
have to get the prices) and have the big Epson 7600 to print the
really big stuff.

Anyone interested contact me off list and we'll get it arranged for
you.

Thanks,

 Bruce
