I guess I am the Enthusiatic Newbie. But actually I am the Aspiring Artist masquerading as the Enthusiatic Newbie. The Apiring Artist first learns as much about the medium they are working in as they can, because one can only be a master craftsman (or craftswoman) if one first masters the craft. Art can then flow out of that mastery.
But the Aspiring part means one never has to PROVE one is an Artist because one can always be aspiring. If one does it right one can aspire for years. And years and years and years. Doe :-) aka Marnie Later, off to aspire some more.
