I have this particular lens, and I've been very pleased with it. It's build quality is a few steps above their typical consumer stuff -- it's pretty solid, and the price on it used was very reasonable. It is a little bit mushy around the edges at 20 wide open, otherwise I've been happy with its sharpness.
