Cory,

Classic problem with many solutions. Each one has it's problems. What
I have finally arrived at is 3 ring binders with negative pages. I
scan the roll of film - assign a roll # xxxx1 and frame # to each
scan. No real corrections other than what the scanner driver offers.
Those are archived on CD. I can quickly scan through the cd's using
Ulead's Photo Explorer to locate a specific image for later use. The
binders hold pages of negatives with the corresponding roll #.

I've tried a bunch of ways and this is what works for me. Note that I
am not trying to go all digital, just use it as a way of
filing/finding for later use. I have a positive image to look at and
can scan much quicker than leafing through the pages.
