I used to take my film to a Spector lab. They always gave me good results, but I knew the people running it. Just looked in the Yellow Pages (www.goudengids.nl onder fotozaken in den Haag) and on the Spector web page and there are quite a few listed in the area. However, as you already know, the lab is only as good as the people running it.
