Brotherhood: 645 Ad

Hi All,
I was reading though an old magazine a while ago and came across this ad for
the 645.

It features Russel Watson from Newsweek who "demands excellence". What
caught me was the PC he's using. In it's day (19xx*) it must have been
"excellent" -  all of 256K of Ram no doubt. 
It looks a tad dated now.
Anyway - I had a laugh. Anyone want to guess the year?
