Interesting. Can anyone confirm that the chrome ESII is indeed scarcer than the black one? I picked up a chrome one for �45 (about $70) in the summer, and it's really in very nice nick. Just a few rub marks where the strap lugs have been and works perfectly. Came with a Russian 58mm f/2 lens, but... I also have a SMC Tak 50mm f/1.4 (final model just before K-mount) that my cousin paid �5 ($8) for at a jumble sale. It's perfect except it's been dropped and the filter ring is bent. I've removed that and it's a bit too far gone to unbend and still mount filters. So does anyone know where I could get a replacement? I mailed Pentax UK parts dept and got no reply, I mailed Asahi Photo in Wembley, UK and got no reply either (a simple 'no, sorry' from either would have been polite, eh?). So any idea where I might get a filter ring, or am I reduced to searching ebay for parts lenses? Cheers, Chris
