They do perform their intended function most admirably, don't they? We referred to our Thanksgiving main course this year as "Birdzilla"--so large it barely fit in the oven, six hours to cook, golden brown skin and moist, flavorful meat. Plus stuffing, mashed potatoes, beans and almonds, pumpkin curry soup, yams, and no fewer than seven kids of dessert. Mmmm, Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday. --Must-get-back-on-topic Mike
