Hi Rob, Possibly its do with Honda GP Bikes. From memory Pentax used to sponsor both the GP500 and 250 Honda bikes. There is actualy still a few NSR250 race rep. road bikes running around here with Pentax decals.
At a guestimate it would have been some where between 1988 and 1993.
