Maybe because i take my BJC 8200 and S800 into the "field" to print on site,but i have had to replace the head on the S800 earlier this year and have done several CLA's on both.The rollers that pull the paper sometimes go out of wack and make a scuff mark on the print.A cheap adjustment cures that($50 Can).I may consider moving up to the S900 or 9000 and trade one of them in for next season.
