The issue is the following:

however, this time, I am not able to generate the amalgamation correctly;
compilation produces tons and tons of errors, even when the .cc files are
concatenated in the exact order the Makefile would have them compiled into .o
objects.
May I please have the revised amalgamation recipe, so that pdns_recursor can be
built 64-bit?
