We're currently pretty busy - please turn on --trace for the various queries
you performed above, and try to analyse what is going wrong.
It is probably that powerdns has a test somewhere where it checks if it has
an A record for a nameserver to see if it has valid nameservers, but
neglects to '|' this with if it might have an AAAA record.
Good luck and let us know what you find - we'll be sure to fix it if the
exact issue has been determined.
