Just to be clear, mysportsite.com == mydomain.com in the below message.

I have mydomain.com that has been using third party nameservers.
I've had ns1.mydomain.com and ns2.mydomain.com running for months
now on PowerDNS. I have host entries at GoDaddy for ns1 and ns2.
I now want to use ns1/ns2.mydomain.com for mydomain.com so I made
the nameserver change at my registrar and mydomain.com is running
fine but no subdomains are, and DNS Stuff complained that ns1 and
ns2 didn't respond with an A record (even though I had them in the
mydomain.com zone.
In fact, NO subdoains of mydomain.com worked anymore even though
their A records were clearly stored in PowerDNS.
I added a NEW domain to powerdns called ns1.mysportsite.com and
another called ns2.mysportsite.com and now those are working.
I then added new zones for all my subdomains and now those work, but
this doesn't seem very nice. Why can't I add sub domains to the
mydomain.com record as A records?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
PowerDNS 2.9.21 on CentOS 5.
