Hi all - I figured out the problem, I forgot to update the mailing list.
pdns thought the serial was 2008110604, but the serial in the 'soa' was 2008080902. I'm not sure why it thought the serial was different then what soa told me. Either way, the client updated the serial in 'soa' and everything transfered as usual ;) On Sat, Nov 15, 2008 at 1:58 PM, bert hubert <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>wrote: > On Fri, Nov 07, 2008 at 01:02:31PM -0700, Tyler Hall wrote: > > Nov 6 13:06:02 ns2 pdns[21912]: Received valid NOTIFY for > > 1.7.9.9.0.7.4.0.1.0.0.2.ip6.arpa (id=98500) from master 83.16.194.42: > > 2008110604 > 2008080902 > > Tyler, > > Can you double check (perhaps using 'dig -t axfr > 1.7.9.9.0.7.4.0.1.0.0.2.ip6.arpa @83.16.194.42') that it is sending you a > zone with SOA serial 2008110604 ? > > Thanks. > > -- > http://www.PowerDNS.com Open source, database driven DNS Software > http://netherlabs.nl Open and Closed source services >
