I don't know where you got that MIND package from, but pdns-recursor is not 
available in the CentOS repositories. There is a pdns-recursor package in EPEL, 
but that doesn't have MIND in the name. Maybe MIND uses a higher epoch than the 
packages available from powerdns.com which explains why yum says that package 
is newer.
