why you need to specify the start_id but if you wanted to in the zone2sql
its not used anyway as far as I can tell checking the source for the
latest version...
Thanks Craig. You are quite right about it missing the line in the
'domains' table. I ended up writing a cumbersome script involving a
temporary table to work around it.
