Thanks for your hint...
My dns-servers are behind a load balancer, which often makes health-checks,
if the service is available.
After increasing this time, everything is fine :-)

This is not in general a problem. A connection arrived over TCP/IP, but went
away before PowerDNS could act on it. This is often due to a firewall
somewhere.
