based on your original email, i think your record would ultimately be as follows:
_sip._tls.example.com. 3600 IN SRV 100 1 443 sipdir.online.lync.com.
you would just need to replace example.com with your domain name. this is based on the structure that i had sent earlier: "_service._proto.name TTL class SRV priority weight port target" regards,
