Since lately several people ask "What does it take to get involved with the development of the Eclipse PDT?" an official process should be created.
An initial draft is available at http://www.eclipse.org/pdt/documents/contributing.html. Our technical writer has checked the document (Thanks Keren!) but you are more than welcome to have additional comments as well (Bugzilla issue #240475 <https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=240475> ). - Roy
