Hello, I am wondering why the web services explorer is disabled by default in the PHP perspective. I seem to remember reading that it only worked in the Java EE perspective, but someone just showed me that you can select it as available by customizing the PHP perspective and then it seems to work without issue. Is there something I'm missing?
