Hi, I've tested Eclipse 4.3M6 with nightly DLTK 5.0 and nightly build of pdt.
I'm running into the same issue as I did with Eclipse 4.3M5, and nightly DLTK and PDT, which is auto-complete and code linking are not working. On the other hand, Eclipse 4.3M4 with same nightly builds of DLTK and PDT works fine as far as these issues go.
