Dawid is the most active committer in PDT since he became a committer in the beginning of the year. He has a lot of contribution and most importantly he always promptly reviews patches by contributors which greatly helps strengthening the PDT project. IMHO Dawid is currently de-facto the face of the PDT project and he is the best fit for the project lead role.
