Just to be pedantic, Finnish is part of the Finno-Ugrian language group,
which includes Finnish, Estonian, and Hungarian. There are many other
languages in that group, such as Karelian, Vepsian, and Ludian, but they
are spoken by small minority groups within the Russian Federation and
are rapidly dissappearing through cultural assimilation.
