Who are the founders? My understanding about PDXLUG != "Portland
Linux User Group" was from Robby Russell.

I know that Robby is one of the founders. I have no idea what was meant by what he said or didn't say. I can tell you that by what you wrote that what it means to me is that PDXLUG != PLUG which is true but I don't have any context and can't really speak to it.

Joshua> Obviously the OSCON thing is not good but both groups have a

I'd suggest being vigilant about making the distinction if you want
there to be a distinction.

Personally, I could care less. I don't attend PLUG meetings and have no desire or intention to.

To me, PDXLUG **IS** the Portland Linux Users Group. To others it may not be.

Sincerely,

Joshua D. Drake
