It is. I originally had 192.168... directly behind http_access line. I wasn't sure if that would work, so put it into the "blocked" acl and made the mistake. I corrected it, but haven't had a chance to test it yet.

If not, you mentioned "hosts" but blocked consists of only one IP. Any chance here?
Right now, it's only one IP. Eventually, it will be multiple ones...
Which brings me to another question, actually. In the current setup, what would I need to do to add another host? The revelant squid section is a bit unclear, but it looks as if just adding another
acl blocked 192.168.x.x/255....
should work?
Aside from that, the file looks like it *should* work. I'm assuming
you reloaded squid after the most recent squid.conf change...
But of course. More than once, even. ;)
