"PHP'ers" in this context means the collection of individuals attending the PHP meeting at FreeGeek.

Since it seems that both PDX.rb and PDX PHP are each having their respective meetings at FreeGeek at the same time/day each month for the forseeable future, perhaps we can propose a joint meeting with them in the future just as we've had joint meetings with the PerlMongers in the past.

Is there such a thing as "PHP'ers"? I'm a java/web developer by trade.
I've used everything from Perl to ASP with _vbscript_ to PHP. PHP, for me
at least, was just a handy language to use until something better was
developed for Linux that wasn't as fat as Java. I used PHP, but never
became what I'd call a "PHP'er". :-)
