If you guys can't find anywhere suitible in the Portland area, I could talk to my manager about opening up our meeting/training building. It's pretty big and has all the facilities we'd need. (Projector, fast internet access, whiteboards, bathrooms, lots of tables and chairs, lots of local to go food.. No beer allowed, though.)
The caveat is that it's in Canby (South of Oregon City, across the river from Wilsonville), so it would be difficult for those of us that take public transportation. Maybe some of us would be willing to pick people up at transit stations en route?
