Folks - As we discussed last night at the meeting, we're going to get together next Tuesday night to socialize and hack. Nothing formal, no projects, just a get together with fellow portland rubyists.
Someone (Lennon, I think) had recommended the Rose and Raindrop, where the last hackfest was held. I just got off the phone with them. The Green Room is booked, the Poker Room and Mezzanine are available. There are problems with both... The Poker Room is apparently just a small room with a table. If only like 5 people are showing up, it'd be about right. The Mezzanine has a lot more room, but requires that we spend at least $100 collectively. So... how many people are planning on coming? The sooner we can reserve the room the better. I've never been to the R&R so I don't really know what we're looking at. If you're planning on showing up, please let me know directly or on the list so. Another option would be to hit the Lucky Lab, but they might not have wireless by the time we get there. PTP is putting in a node but maybe not this weekend? You PTP guys know better than I do. Thoughts?
