Seems to me that you could push this usage far enough out there to start using Ruby as a prototype language, if you wanted. I'm learning more about the ways of metaprogramming and Ruby everyday, but it will take me a while to understand all the possibilities of Proc objects, (as opposed to say, evaling generated code.) So I thought a quick tour of those ideas (block, Proc.new, instance_eval, etc.) might be a good way to know where to begin.
