I'm hoping to get feedback and comments on a new website we've just launched. It allows you to create a virtual "push-pin" map of the places you've been. Of course, it's built in Ruby on Rails. Please check it out and let us know what you think!

Cool! I have thought about doing something similar for my own use, but it looks like you have done it for me. I love it when that happens.

Comments:

1) Layout is a little cluttered. I know the google-ads make you money, but they feel in the way. Could they be on the right? I read left-to-right, so having them on the left is a little much.

2) Are you going to make the source public?

3) I am not ready to invite people right after I create an account.

4) What if you interlinked it with Bumpr.com to share where you have been within each push-pin location. That would be cool.

5) The dragging locations up-and-down thing is cool, but it seems to cause some of the google ads to appear in odd locations.

6) For some reason, It decided that Edmonton, Canada was in California:

7) One time, when uploading a picture for a new location, the new picture "overtook" a picture for another location.

Needs some polishing, but a great idea for a site. I look forward to seeing it progress.

Good Luck.
