They can't... The O'Reilly UG program sends a long email.. 1/2 of it
is for a UG leader and the other 1/2 is for the rest of the people.
Almost all communication with O'Reilly should occur through that one
leader person or they get confused. ;-)
Still no luck, too long. Oh well...
