I've already got a manuscript (that is, pre-publication -- no index, final cover, etc.) copy they sent me earlier that's quite good, I've read the first few hundred pages and it's quite an impressive piece of work. It's a rather large book (~800 pages), so if you want to review it, please be honest about whether you have the time. Generally, reviews should be finished within 1-2 months of receiving the book.
