Aaron, You're correct that the cat herder doesn't allow someone other than the event owner to add notes. There are two work-arounds: get the owner to give up ownership long enough for you to edit said notes, or leave them as Feedback, using the link at the bottom of the page. Looking at the last meeting event in particular, though, I notice that Caleb left feedback, rather than minutes, since there appears to be some sort of problem with the Minutes handling. So, we have some bugs to squash.
