I'm all for it, and I'd like to help plan the event.  :)  I think
going with light hearted presentations, or sneak previews, would be
really great.

It's probably better to get started sooner than later.  I'm definitely
interested in learning what the expenses and turn out were for the
last two FOSCONs.
