No, I don't think we should forward: that would cause too much confusion for people who are not on the one or the other list and could cause some ugly problems on the servers themselves (I'm not even sure how the forward would work given that both lists only accept mail from subscribers -- what happens when someone isn't subscribed to one?). As for the archives, the list is currently archived by gmane.
