Hello,

It is not good practice to answer one's own message...
but after some further trials, it seems that the integer required is the 
starting point for the search in the string: if 1, starts at 1st 
character, 2 starts at second, ecc...
The function does not seem to give an error if the starting point is a 
value greater than the length of the string (the function just returns 0).
