I know that a few people have used it for different projects, but I don't
remember any publications coming out based on the TOH (as opposed to the
TOL).  It creates random problems by default, but if you uncomment line 49
it will instead use problems identified by Bishop (I think in the paper at
http://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1111/1469-7610.00749/abstract )  and
those might be reasonable norms, at least for children.
