You are probably most interested in comparing different lines from the summary file. Each configuration is tested twice; under condition A and B, so you can compare the two conditions more directly. Most people look at the time needed to solve (column 5) B versus A trials as an index of executive function. You can do this either as a ratio or absolute difference, but absolute difference is typically less noisy. You may also be interested in the error rate, which is the last column. Note that standard TMT tests don't usually measure errors.
