Zachary, I'm not clear what the problem is--I'm not sure what you mean by dashboard.
- Which version are you installing? - On what version of windows? - Once installed, does the folder pebl-exp-0.13\ appear in Documents? - Is there anything in there? (what?) - will the launcher run? - If the launcher runs, do you see a battery\ folder you can navigate to? If not, what is shown in the launcher navigation window?
