in a pebl.0.13 script, after a
fileout <- FileOpenWrite("datafilename.csv")
I need to know the true name of the new fileout, in the case a previous
version of "datafilename.csv" already exists, so that the new fileout
name is, e.g. datafilename0.csv. There exist an easy way to get this
info with a pebl function, or as a property of filestream object?
