Erica, This was a problem in 2.0 beta 3 that someone reported in the last month, and I have fixed. It should be fixed on 2.0 beta 3 release for OSX, which I just released, but won't be fixed on the windows version until the next (hopefully final) release of 2.0.
The good news is you can download a replacement file and it should work. Just download this file: https://sourceforge.net/p/pebl/code-0/HEAD/tree/branches/sdl2/battery/B ART/bart.pbl?format=raw Replace the bart.pbl in your pebl-2.0.exp\battery\BART and it should work fine.
